ROLE SUMMARY
The Senior Growth and Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading and executing strategies that drive growth, customer acquisition, and brand awareness. This role requires a strategic thinker with significant experience in marketing, who can lead cross-functional teams and deliver measurable results. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing, analytics, and a proven track record in driving business growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strategic Growth Planning:
● Develop and implement growth strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue.
● Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities for growth.
● Collaborate with senior leadership to align growth strategies with business objectives. - Marketing Leadership:
● Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
● Oversee the development of content, digital marketing, social media, and PR strategies to enhance brand visibility.
● Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI. - Customer Acquisition and Retention:
● Design and execute customer acquisition strategies that target high-value segments.
● Develop and optimize retention strategies to increase customer lifetime value and reduce churn.
● Use data-driven insights to refine customer personas and tailor marketing efforts accordingly. - Brand Management:
● Strengthen brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
● Lead initiatives to build brand equity and increase brand loyalty among target audiences.
● Manage relationships with external agencies and partners to produce high-quality marketing materials. - Data Analysis and Performance Tracking:
● Use analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and growth initiatives.
● Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies to meet targets.
● Implement A/B testing, customer segmentation, and other methods to optimize marketing efforts. - Cross-functional Collaboration:
● Work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on growth objectives.
● Drive collaboration across departments to create cohesive strategies that support overall business goals.
● Lead and mentor the growth and marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. - Partnerships and Alliances:
● Identify and negotiate strategic partnerships that support growth objectives.
● Develop and manage co-marketing campaigns with key partners.
● Explore new channels and partnerships to expand market reach and drive growth.
QUALIFICATIONS
● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
● Experience: 6+ years of experience in marketing, growth, or related roles.
SKILLS
● Expertise in digital marketing, SEO, content marketing, and brand management.
● Proven track record in developing and executing successful growth strategies.
● Excellent analytical skills with a strong understanding of data-driven decision-making.
● Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
