As the Managing Director of PRIME56, Esther is committed to career growth and personal development. She has led an impressive career in Human resources based on her passion for developing people. Over the years she has coached students, graduates, and professionals and has helped match people to their desired careers.
Esther started in the field of leadership at an early age, taking on multiple roles in various extracurricular activities at the university. She continued to oversee organizations that she was a part of in university and she will be happy to help students navigate their career paths from an early stage while in university.
She has interned and worked for reputable organizations across different continents.
Her goal is to help people achieve career success via PRIME56 Consulting Ltd.
Esther has a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration, with an exchange program in Business and Economics from The Paris Institute of Political Studies (Sciences Po), France. She also had her second exchange program at the IESEG School of Management, France. She holds a Master’s in International Management from the Poitiers School of Business (IAE de Poitiers).
Esther is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management.
